Attorney John J. Mezzanotte, Jr.
A graduate of Villanova University, and the Widener University School of Law, in Wilmington, Delaware, attorney Mezzanotte was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1980. His practice includes the representation of individuals and corporations in commercial and residential real estate transactions. He is also a frequent practitioner in the area of land use planning, having represented individuals and businesses in various zoning-related matters. He also has an extensive background in matters involving civil litigation, and acts as counsel to a number of small businesses and corporations in the Delaware Valley area.
Attorney Mezzanotte has served as Special Counsel to the East Bradford Township Zoning and Hearing Board, as well as acted as Counsel for the Chadds Ford Sewer Authority. He has seen both sides of development disputes, providing counsel to developers, as well as to community groups seeking to challenge or limit zoning changes in their neighborhoods.
Attorney Mezzanotte has acted as counsel for many large land acquisitions. He also served as former counsel for Bell Helmets, makers of motorcycle and bicycle protective gear.
